A Birthday Fit for a Princess!

Courtney's 5th Birthday was last Thursday. She really wanted to have a friend party since she saw her brother Jordan have one a few weeks earlier. I wasn't sure how it would go, or if many would come because they are all so young. But she had a good turn out and it turned out really fun. I just have to say that it was one of the cutest things I have EVER seen! She wanted a Princess Party. So, we told all the girls to come dressed up in their favorite princess dresses. I took some really cute pictures but will just post the ones that don't show them all real well, since I didn't ask their parents' permission first. But just trust me, It was adorable! We started Courtney's birthday morning off with a Tea Party. After the boys left for school, Ron and I ate with her in her bedroom. We had little pink pancakes with strawberry syrup and pink milk. Courtney loved it. Especially since her dad even ate on little dishes with us. She kept saying that Dad was the Ogre and she and I were the princesses. Haha
While waiting for all of her guests to arrive for the party, the girls had fun just playing in Courtney's room with her kitchen for a while.
Later that evening, she opened her presents from our family. She told me that it was the best Birthday ever!

So sweet! I love the whole princess thing...and maybe Ron is the ogre? or is he the handsome prince that was cursed by a wicked witch to just seem like an ogre to the fair maidens?

Did you make that cake?!!! Wow you really know how to have fun parties for your kids. It's fun that she has her own little personality and you can shop with her, she looks like a sweetheart!
